Joining Cooper Pharma five years ago opened new avenues for me and gave me a confidence I never had before. When I joined the marketing team, it took time to learn the nuances of the pharmaceutical industry, but the encouragement of the management and the support of my colleagues helped me find my feet, and my efforts soon began to show results. Over time, I contributed to growing our domestic sales and expanding our presence across several states. The management recognised my performance with a promotion, which gave further wings to my passion and drive. Today I am proud to be part of the Cooper Pharma family, and I look forward to continuing my journey here.

I joined Cooper Pharma as a researcher in the R&D section of the company's Dehradun manufacturing unit. Working with a creative team of researchers has helped me think outside the box and develop new formulations. What I find most satisfying is that, in a small way, I contribute to making a difference in people's lives. Our lab provides the infrastructure, resources and equipment I need to pursue new ideas. My time at Cooper Pharma has been smooth and rewarding, and I am grateful to be part of such an employee-friendly organisation.
